Package Policy
- Package cannot be changed once renewed to SURAKSHA 50 Mbps for the stipulated time period mentioned in the package.
- There will be no refund once the customer renews the package.
Warranty Policy
ALLIANCE warrantees the product to be free from manufacturing defects. This non-transferable warranty is only for the first end user. ALLIANCE will repair the product on the terms and conditions below:
- Warranty will be valid only when original Purchase Invoice of SURAKSHA service is presented for service.
- ALLIANCE reserves the right to decline warranty service. The Camera Warranty is one year and the power adapter warranty is six months [From the date of delivery of the said product. Replacement will be given up to one year.
- This Warranty shall not cover any damages resulting from un-authorized adaptations or adjustments to the product.
- This Warranty will be Void if the type or serial no. on the product has been altered, removed or defaced.
- This Warranty does not cover damage caused to the product due to improper installation by customer and / or connection of the product to equipment not approved by ALLIANCE and deficiency in product performance due to signal reception through third party apparatus/equipment or the use of third-party software.
- This Warranty shall not apply to damages caused to the product by accident, lightening, ingress of water, fire or Acts of God, improper ventilation, dropping or excessive shock or any external cause beyond ALLIANCE control and/or any damage caused due to tampering of the product by an unauthorized agent.
- This Warranty does not cover liability for loss of data, recorded image/s and/or business opportunity loss. If during the repair the content of the hard drive/ memory are altered, deleted, or in any way modified, ALLIANCE shall not be responsible.
- ALLIANCE reserves the right to replace the defective part with an equivalent and/or reconditioned part.
- This Warranty shall not affect consumer’s statutory rights under applicable Indian Laws, nor the consumer’s rights against the Service provider arising from their sales / purchase of the product. After delivery the product, no refund possible.
RMA Policy
- After completion of one year of warranty, RMA is available on chargeable basis, the product with the original box and invoice has to be reached at our registered office.
- The replacement of the product under warranty period will be done within 7 days, and after warranty, for the RMA procedure it will take around 15 working days approx.
- In case of replacement or RMA, the Packing Box and other accessories must be with the device.
Installation
- We do not provide any installation for Camera Service.
