In order to provide high end and sophisticated technological service for an enriched internet experience, Alliance Broadband Services Pvt Ltd (ABSPL) will install the device/devices at Customer Premises on a Free To Use basis to selective customers based on the following Terms & Conditions.

1. That, the Single/Dual Band Router and Android Box device/devices will be kept in safe custody by the customer at the designated place and as advised by our visiting technician installing the equipment.
2. That, the Single/Dual Band Router and Android Box device/devices provided by Alliance Broadband Services Pvt Ltd (ABSPL) under all circumstances will always remain to be the property of Alliance Broadband Services Pvt Ltd (ABSPL) and Alliance Broadband Services Pvt Ltd (ABSPL) reserves the right to exercise lien/remove possession of the said devices from the Customer’s premises in case the connection is surrendered/ terminated/ or the Broadband Package remains unsubscribed or inactive for more than 7 (Seven Days), from the date of last recharge.
3. That, In case the subscriber decides to discontinue the services, the subscriber is required to handover the aforementioned device/devices to ABSPL’s representative and obtain a proper authorized receipt for his/her records.
4. That, the Customer unconditionally agrees to return/handover the stated devices to ABSPL on demand, whatsoever. In case ABSPL finds it appropriate and demands the device(s) to be removed and returned to them, at any point in time, during or after the association, as ABSPL deems it to be necessary to withdraw the device from the customer premise without assigning any reason of removal to the customer. The Customer will at all times ensure un hindered, unconditional and seamless removal of the device(s) and handover the same to the representative of ABSPL, in perfect running condition.
5. That, it is implied that the Customer fully understands, agrees to the Terms & Conditions of issue of the devices, that the devices being issued Free to Use is the sole property of Alliance Broadband Services Pvt. Ltd and therefore cannot be exchanged/transferred/ tampered/repaired/replaced/removed except under ABSPL discretion and supervision.
6. That, any infringement to the Terms and Conditions of issue of the Free to Use devices would entail the customer to make good the loss (if any) to ABSPL, forthwith. However, in case of defaulting Customer’s they are cautioned that they may be exposed to pecuniary action as per provisions of the relevant laws of the land, binding such issues. all disputes are subject to jurisdiction of Kolkata.
